Do you dream of becoming a chef, owning a food truck, or working in a restaurant? The culinary field is vast and offers many opportunities. You can experience them firsthand at The Brigade MKE Boot Camp powered by the Shular Institute.

During the four-day camp, you will learn from the world’s first minority certified master chef and our new chef instructors. You will also work alongside your peers who are considering a career in the culinary arts.

The camp will cover a wide range of topics, including:

Knife skills
Cooking techniques
Food safety
Nutrition
Business skills

At the end of the camp, you will have the skills and knowledge you need to pursue a career in the culinary field.
